Account Removal

Players can remove their account directly from the game.

Delete In The Game

1. Open wright dash and sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm the deletion prompt.

What Is Deleted

The profile account, email, inventory, avatar unlocks, achievements, progress, and profile leaderboard entry are deleted. Activity rows tied to the account username are anonymized. Some security records may be retained without an active profile to prevent abuse and protect the service.

Local Device Cleanup

After deletion, clear site data in the browser if you also want to remove local cache, local progress, and installed PWA storage from that device.

If You Cannot Sign In

Use the Privacy Request page and choose Account deletion. Include your username and the email used for the account so the request can be reviewed.
